Banbury, Oxfordshire
In 2019 we purchased this damp and cold one bed house with good transport links as it was located near Banbury mainline station and close to the M40. We have added value by redesigning and refurbishing the whole property including installing two new staircases to provide access to the loft room to create a warm and dry three bed house perfect for young families.
Durham/ South hetton
If a property ever required a full makeover, it was this one. We purchased this property in 2020 and set about a complete refurbishment programme as all the ceilings and many of the walls too were covered in artex. This totally replastered three bedroom home with a new kitchen and bathroom too has been let to a family that love the final result both inside and out.
Middlesbrough
We purchased this three bedroom semi detached property in 2020 from a retiring landlord from the area and used his local contacts to refurbish the interior. At the same time we tackled the overgrown garden and added fences and gates to provide a secure and safe family home.
Hartlepool
This three-bed property purchased in 2020 had a tiny kitchen and still had an old back boiler. We set about removing a structural wall to open up one of the larders to create a new larger and brighter kitchen and at the same time installed a new boiler in the kitchen to make it appealing for a young family that have since moved in.
Hartlepool 2
This three bedroom property was quite old fashioned inside and had a tiny bathroom with no heating either. We remodelled parts of the house and enlarged the bathroom so that a modern suite could be installed along with a radiator. The refurbishment also included a new kitchen, a part rewire, decoration and flooring throughout. The home also benefits from a large garden.
Abertillery
We paid £48,000 for property in July 2021 and have just taken out a five-year mortgage based on a valuation figure of £100,000 having converted it from a two to a three-bedroom property. This has provided an excellent Return on Investment and with a rent of £650 per calendar month a good yield too. We are very proud of the finished results from this property and demonstrates how a good build team can turn a derelict property into a comfortable and warm home.
Hartlepool 3
We purchased this three-bed property from motivated sellers after a previous offer had fallen through. We have since replaced a number of windows along with installing a new bathroom and kitchen prior to a full redecoration.
