David

As a qualified chartered surveyor, David has been involved in a number of construction and corporate property schemes in London.

  • Head of Commercial for Housing Management - Upgrading local authority housing stock- Royal Borough Kensington and Chelsea.

  • Strategic Lead for Ministry of Justice- Dealing with freehold and leasehold properties along with associated refurbishment works- Turner & Townsend.

  • Head of Asset Management - Deputy director managing housing stock - London Borough of Hillingdon.

  • Commercial Director - Supply chain contractor delivering refurbishments of residential properties.

  • Has been a Member of Institute of Chartered Surveyors -MRICS since 1990.

  • Has been a Member of Chartered Institute of Building – MCIOB since 1995.

He has also gained considerable property experience working in different roles as a client and contractor, and even owned a subcontracting business that helped to build Wembley Stadium.

David regularly visits the investment areas and meets with estate agents to organise viewings of all the properties prior to making offers. David also produces the scopes of work for the builders to price.

Sally

Sally has been involved in a number of her own refurbishment projects over the years.

Sally loves working as a nurse practitioner and has dedicated many of the last stressful months to vaccinating the local population. Participating in the company from a design and refurbishment perspective provides her with a creative and exciting outlet. She has attended many of the property training courses with David, visited the investment areas and properties, and has been vocal in ensuring that the company and contractors meet the high standard our tenants deserve.

Zoe

Zoe is currently studying for a Law degree, so has a part-time role within the business.

As a member of the younger generation, Zoe is able to spearhead our social media and marketing front. She has helped to develop our company’s logo and has been instrumental in setting up and posting on our Instagram & Facebook accounts.

When Sally has been busy, Zoe has attended property viewings with David. For every property we have purchased, we have viewed on average fifteen to twenty others. We want to ensure that each property fits our criteria before proceeding.

Zoe has also partaken in the business from an editorial perspective, helping to produce our regular Investor updates

Conor

Conor is currently a student of Natural Sciences. He also participates in the business on a part-time basis.

Conor has taken a keen interest in the financial analysis of the geographical locations in which we have considered investing in. Amongst other things, this involves comparing demand and the potential yields that are achievable. He has also worked to produce a suitable website for the company.

Like Zoe, Conor has has even helped to put the final touches to some of our projects to ensure that they are completed on time and to the exacting standards.
